A: Enter the name (and choose with or without the rose icon) before checkout. Orders go straight to production with no proof sent, so please double-check spelling before submitting.

Q: Can I add a message instead of a name?
A: The flask is personalised with a name only, it doesn't support a longer message.

Q: Are the rose bouquet and tea flavour fixed, or can I choose?
A: This set comes with a fixed pink rose bouquet and Twinings Glow (Strawberry & Cucumber) tea, these are not customisable.

Q: Can I buy the flask or bouquet separately?
A: This is sold as a complete set only. Flask is available at Drinkware Collection.

Q: Do you deliver outside Singapore?
